On Friday 4 November, Prime Minister Māris Kučinskis will meet Prime Minister of the People’s Republic of China Li Keqiang in Rīga.
During the meeting, Māris Kučinskis and Prime Minister of China will discuss the cooperation between the two countries in the fields of economy, science and culture. The signing of a number of cooperation documents is also planned.
This is the first official visit of the Prime Minister of China to Latvia, and during the visit, the Chinese Prime Minister will meet with senior officials of Latvia and participate in the events of the cooperation format between Central and Eastern European countries and China ("16+1").
